The church in Texarkana was founded by a small group of Christians who moved to Texarkana in 1989 and began to meet as an unorganized group in 1995. The church was formed to practice the Christian faith with other believers regardless of their social standing, race or other methods of denominating. To practice the faith without undue following of traditions and other methods that have been a basis of division among Christians.
